Hi! I’m Kim and this blog is a space to talk about reading, natural wellness, running a small business, creativity, gluten free/dairy free eating, music, and local happenings.

I live in the Finger Lakes region of NY in a rambling 1857 Greek Revival house with a breathtaking view of Cayuga Lake. I’m the mother of two talented young adults: a son and a daughter. I adore my artist husband, Alan, with whom I share life and perform in our musical duo, The Inner Crazy. (We were married in February 2019 and are hopelessly in love.)

In the past five years, I’ve transitioned from homeschooling mom to a small business owner. And I’ve been immersed in learning Ayurveda, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, and more. I’m hoping readers find my blog to be a positive, safe place where we can learn and grow together.
